Bending machine
Evaluation, selection and implementation of a full automated bending machine.
This project took place in the year 2020 until 2021. During this time we evaluated the implementation of a new bending machine into the existing production line.
In this project I did the evaluation of the possible bending machines. Together with the supplier we changed the layout of the existing machine.
Now the machine can is able to work in parallel with an existing bending machine.
In addition to that it is possible to manually load the machine by placing parts on the line, which before have been cutted with the laser.
